In January 2005 the Sinfonia Varsovia Foundation was granted the status of a public benefit organisation.

Statutory aims of the Sinfonia Varsovia Foundation:
1. Initiating, supporting and promoting musical undertakings at home and abroad,
with a particular attention to the works of Polish composers.
2. Promoting young, gifted artists at home and abroad.
3. Promoting orchestra music and the Polish Chamber Orchestra - Sinfonia Varsovia
