Can\u2019t wait for Szalone Dni Muzyki<\/em> \u2013 La Folle Journ\u00e9e de Varsovie? <\/strong>We\u2019ve put together some useful information to help you get ready to enjoy the festival.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Traffic disruptions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please note that on Sunday 28 September there will be traffic disruptions in Warsaw. Due to the 47th Warsaw Marathon, temporary changes to traffic arrangements will be introduced along the route. A traffic guide is available on the organiser\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Before setting off for the festival, we recommend checking alternative routes \u2013 for example, by metro<\/strong>. The nearest stations are Ratusz Arsena\u0142 (650 metres) and Nowy \u015awiat\u2013Uniwersytet (900 metres).<\/p>\n

Owing to the construction of the Concert Pavilion on Teatralny Square, some parking spaces have been taken out of use.<\/p>\n

Do I need to print my ticket?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You don\u2019t need a printed ticket \u2013 you can show a digital version on your phone. Enlarge the barcode and increase screen brightness so staff can scan your ticket quickly.<\/p>\n

My plans have changed and I can\u2019t attend \u2013 can I return my ticket?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Festival tickets are non-refundable, but you can list them on Fansale.pl<\/a> \u2013 Eventim\u2019s official, secure resale service. Simply log in to your Eventim account and enter the ticket number you wish to sell.<\/p>\n

Please note: resale via Fansale.pl closes 24 hours before the event starts.<\/p>\n

What should I wear?<\/strong><\/p>\n

There\u2019s no need for formal or evening dress to enjoy the music at La Folle Journ\u00e9e de Varsovie. You\u2019ll see audience members in everyday outfits as well as those who prefer something more elegant.<\/p>\n

How early should I arrive?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aim to arrive about 30 minutes before your concert. That way you can pass ticket checks calmly, use the cloakroom without rushing, find the correct hall and take your allocated seat.<\/p>\n

May I record or take photos during the concert?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We kindly ask you not to record or photograph during performances. Please also switch off all electronic devices or set them to flight mode. Ringtones and message alerts distract the artists and other audience members and can interfere with the sound system.<\/p>\n

Can I bring a child to a symphonic concert?<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the exception of family events, concerts are suitable for children aged 6 and over. Younger children are warmly invited to our Family category concerts.<\/p>\n

Where can I leave a pushchair during the concert?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Buggy\/pram parking is available by the side (right-hand) staircase at the lower-ground entrance level. Our festival staff will be happy to direct you.<\/p>\n

Is the event accessible for disabled audience members?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Detailed information about accessibility at Teatr Wielki \u2013 Polish National Opera is available on the \u201cAccessibility statement<\/a>\u201d page. Wheelchair users are kindly asked to arrive in good time; our front-of-house team will help you find an appropriate place in the auditorium.<\/p>\n

If I\u2019m late, will I be admitted?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We reserve the right to refuse entry after a concert has begun. At Zascenie and in the Redutowe Rooms there is no possibility to admit audience members between pieces, so even a short delay may mean spending the entire concert in the corridor outside the hall.<\/p>\n

We encourage you to arrive about 30 minutes before the start time.<\/p>\n

Are there any free events during the festival?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes. Fourteen festival concerts \u2013 in the Concert Pavilion on Teatralny Square and at the Church of Art Societies \u2013 are free to attend, subject to capacity. Complimentary tickets will be distributed at the entrance before each concert.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
