In June, Sinfonia Varsovia’s Concert Pavilion will be transformed into a dance floor. As it does every year, Sinfonia Varsovia is organizing a series of summer dance parties on Grochowska Street. From lively polkas and obereks, through the elegance of pre-war dancings, to the exuberance of Balkan music – on Fridays, June 12, 19, and 26, we invite you to join us for dancing to live music.

On Friday, June 12, Tęgie Chłopy (Tough Guys) ensemble, which specializes in traditional music from Kielce region, and Piotr Zgorzelski from the Academy of Traditional Dance will demonstrate the basic rhythms and steps of oberek and polka.
