Sinfonia Varsovia
Here is a one-of-a-kind premiere event: Sinfonia Varsovia plays for children at the Concert Pavilion! Little Basil is very excited about the concert – not only because so many instruments will play together, but also because birds and other winged creatures are its main theme. Despite having wings, the dragon may only fly in his dreams. However, he has never given up hope that someday music and musical experiences will let him fly above the clouds. After all, art gives us wings! Little Basil will be accompanied by a conductor, who will help him discover the secrets of the orchestra, because no one knows more about instruments than he does! Thanks to him, the violin, cello, double bass, harp, flute, clarinet, and many other instruments sound harmonious and as intended by the composer. When working with different musicians and sounds, the conductor has to be patient and he will be happy to answer all the questions from Little Basil, the curious audience, and even… give a short conducting lesson! Conducting an entire orchestra – what a treat!
