The Danish Radio Big Band and American jazz saxophonist and vocalist Curtis Stigers have joined forces to revive the memory of Frank Sinatra’s concerts at the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas, where Sinatra and friends often stayed and sometimes performed.
PROGRAMME: evergreens from the famous American songbook of the 1950s and 1960s (The Great American Songbook) including standards: George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, Jerome Kern, Harold Arlen, Johnny Mercer and others.
