3. Hear the Beat, Move Your Feet (kids 4–6 years )

Or perhaps the other way round? You hear with your feet, and move your ears to the beat? Hands on the floor, legs on the table? Speaking with the eyes, walking with the noses? Everything intertwines in movement – both free and experimental. In dance improvisation, it is the body that perceives sensations, so anything is possible. The experience of the body can be very insightful and enjoyable, especially when accompanied by improvised music. 

We invite children ages 4 to 6 and their parents or guardians to join us. The workshops are based on improvised movement exercises inspired by contemporary dance. The sessions are accompanied by live music.
